Cold Working Tool Steel O1 1.2510 SKS3 block

O1 tool steel is an oil hardening, cold work general purpose steel with easy machining properties and low hardening temperatures compared to other grades. O1 provides good wear resistance and toughness sufficient for standard tool and die applications making it a suitable choice for tooling with good tool life and economical production. In situations that require greater size stability during hardening, A2 should be considered. Some common applications include: bending dies, trimmer dies, perforators, broaches, blanking dies, forming dies, cutting dies, bushings, forming rolls, knives, drawing dies, and embossing dies. O1 plates and flats are supplied in a decarb free and annealed condition.

Aplikacje:

1.Used for make cold die with small cross section and complicated shape and high precision

2. Used to make sheet stamping touch, jewelry embossing mold

3. Widely used in cutting tools, such as broaches, filament taps, long reamer, special milling cutters

4. For the overall hardened plastic mold

5. For thermosetting plastic forming, it requires high wear resistance and high strength mold
